1. Services

Kimberly Elliot Photography offers professional photography services including, but not limited to, boudoir, bridal, beach, empowerment, and couples photography sessions.

2. Session Booking

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date.

• Session fees and product purchases are due according to the payment plan agreed upon at booking.

• Reschedules require a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

3. Image Use & Copyright

• All images remain the copyright of Kimberly Elliot Photography.

• Clients are granted personal-use rights for purchased images.

• Kimberly Elliot Photography may request permission to use your images in portfolios, marketing, or social media. Your consent will always be requested in writing.

4. Refund Policy

Session retainers are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days in advance to retain your credit.

Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once products are ordered.

5. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior during a session.

All content on this site, including text and images, is the property of Kimberly Elliot Photography and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
