I spent over 30 years as a nurse, caring for patients, hearing their stories, and witnessing moments of profound strength. Through it all, I saw how self-perception shaped people’s lives. Women, no matter their age or background, often struggled to see their own beauty and worth. That realization led me to a new calling—one that traded scrubs for a camera but kept the same heart and soul.

Boudoir photography became my way of helping women rediscover their confidence. Whether you’re stepping into a new chapter, overcoming a personal battle, or simply wanting to see yourself in a new light, I am here to capture you—bold, brave, and breathtaking.

In 2024, I attended the Association of International Boudoir Photographers retreat in Boston—a few days packed with creativity, connection, and serious inspiration. One of the highlights? Meeting and learning from Lindsay Adler, an award-winning beauty and fashion photographer whose work I’ve admired for years.

Retreats like this are more than professional development—they’re a reset. Being surrounded by other passionate photographers recharges my creativity and reminds me why I love what I do. I always come back with fresh ideas, new energy, and an even deeper love for empowering clients through photography.

The Woman Behind the Camera

Photography found me at a time when I needed it most. After decades as a nurse, I realized that healing wasn’t just about medicine—it was about how people saw themselves.

Boudoir photography became my way of giving women their power back. My journey has taken me from the rolling hills of Virginia to the beautiful shores of Myrtle Beach, and through it all, I’ve learned that every woman—no matter her story—deserves to feel bold, beautiful, and completely herself.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me enjoying sweet tea on the porch, laughing with friends, or embracing the Southern sunshine with my family.
