What kind of photography do you specialize in?

I specialize in boudoir and empowerment photography, including bridal boudoir, beach boudoir, couples sessions, dudeoir (male/LGBTQ+ sessions), and special empowerment portraits for cancer survivors and women over 50.

Where are you located?

My studio is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I also offer select on-location sessions, including beach boudoir shoots.

Do you offer destination photography?

Yes! While my primary studio is in Myrtle Beach, I do offer destination boudoir sessions. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Is your studio LGBTQ+ friendly?

Absolutely! My studio is a safe and inclusive space for everyone.

How do I book a session?

You can book your session by filling out the contact form on the [Contact Page] or by scheduling a consultation. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I want this experience to be accessible for everyone, so I offer flexible payment plans. We can discuss options during your consultation.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

The retainer fee is non-refundable, but I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 7 days in advance, and we’ll find a new date that works.

Preparing for Your Session

I’ve never done a boudoir shoot before. Will you help me with posing?

Absolutely! I will guide you through every pose, expression, and movement to make sure you feel confident and look amazing.

What should I wear?

Whatever makes you feel beautiful! Many clients bring lingerie, bodysuits, oversized sweaters, or even something meaningful like their partner’s shirt. I provide a What to Wear Guide with more details once you book.

Do I need professional hair and makeup?

It’s highly recommended! Professional hair and makeup enhance your final images and help you feel your best. I work with talented makeup artists who specialize in boudoir looks.

Can I bring a friend for support?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring a female friend for moral support, but I do ask that they respect the creative space and let you be the focus of the session.

Can I bring my own props?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a sentimental piece of jewelry, a veil for a bridal shoot, or something fun like a leather jacket, props can make your session even more personal.

The Photography Experience

How long does a session last?

Most sessions last between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the package you choose. This includes time for hair, makeup, outfit changes, and posing.

Can I see my images right after the shoot?

Yes! We will schedule a reveal session where you can view your images and choose your favorites for prints or albums.

Do you retouch the images?

Yes, I offer professional retouching to enhance the beauty of each image while maintaining your natural look. However, I believe in celebrating real beauty, so I don’t do excessive alterations.

What if I feel self-conscious during the session?

That’s completely normal! Most clients start out nervous but quickly feel comfortable as we go. My goal is to create a fun, relaxed, and empowering environment where you feel like your most confident self.

Pricing and Products

How much does a boudoir session cost?

ricing varies depending on the package. I offer different options, including full sessions, mini sessions, and custom packages. Contact me for detailed pricing.

What products do you offer?

I offer luxury albums, prints, wall art, and digital images. Many clients choose to create custom albums as a keepsake or a special gift.

Do you offer digital-only packages?

I believe in the beauty of printed images, but I do offer digital collections as well.

When will I receive my final images?

Final images are typically ready within 3-4 weeks after your session.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Will my images be shared online?

Your privacy is my priority. I only share images with your written permission. Many clients allow me to share their photos to inspire others, but if you prefer to keep them private, that is completely respected.

Can I request a private session?

Yes! Every session is completely private, and the only people present will be myself and, if you choose, a professional makeup artist.

Bridal Boudoir

When should I book a bridal boudoir session?

I recommend booking at least 2-3 months before your wedding so you have enough time to receive your images and prints.

Can I incorporate my wedding veil or accessories?

Yes! Many brides bring their veil, wedding shoes, or even a bouquet to personalize their session.

Dudeoir (Male Boudoir & LGBTQ+ Sessions)

Is dudeoir different from traditional boudoir?

Dudeoir is a playful, confidence-boosting experience designed specifically for men or masculine-presenting clients. It can be humorous, sultry, or anything in between.

Beach Boudoir

What time of day is best for beach boudoir?

Sunrise or sunset offers the best natural lighting and the most beautiful backgrounds.

Do I need to worry about people watching?

We choose locations that offer privacy, and I guide you through poses that keep you comfortable.

Empowerment & LaBrake Special (Cancer Survivor Sessions)

What is The Belle Vie Session (“Beautiful Life” in French)?

This session is dedicated to honoring cancer and other life survivors. Inspired by a client’s journey, it is designed to celebrate strength, beauty, and resilience.

Is there a discount for cancer survivors?

Yes, I offer a special rate for these sessions to make them accessible to as many women as possible.
